1. Introduction

1.1. The website idanraichelproject.com (hereinafter: the “Website”) is operated by the Website Administration (hereinafter: the “Administration”).
The Website publishes content and articles primarily concerning the artistic work and activities of Idan Raichel.

1.2. The articles published on the Website are written by the editorial team and/or the Administration under applicable confidentiality restrictions.

1.3. This agreement (hereinafter: the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the Website’s owners, administrators, and their representatives (hereinafter collectively: the “Website Owners”), and any individual who browses or uses the Website or its services (hereinafter: the “User”).

1.4. By browsing or using the Website or any of its services, the User agrees to be bound by all of the terms set forth in this Agreement.
Users who do not agree to these terms must immediately cease all use of the Website and its services.

1.5. The preamble and appendices to this Agreement form an integral and inseparable part of it. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the User and the Website Owners regarding any browsing or use of the Website and its services.

1.6. Words in the masculine gender shall be deemed to include the feminine and vice versa; words in the singular shall be deemed to include the plural and vice versa.


2. Terms of Use

2.1. The User is granted permission to browse and use the Website’s services subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

2.2. The User declares that he or she is at least eighteen (18) years of age and has full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement with the Website Owners.

2.3. The User undertakes to refrain from any of the following actions in connection with the Website or its services:

  • 2.3.1. Browsing, scanning, or using the Website or its services through any computer software or automated means designed to collect information or simulate normal user activity, including but not limited to bots or crawlers.

  • 2.3.2. Manipulating internal page URLs to access internal pages or materials not intended for public access (“URL Hacking”).

  • 2.3.3. Performing any act that constitutes or may constitute a violation of any applicable law, including the laws of the State of Israel.

  • 2.3.4. Modifying, copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from the design, source code, elements, or content of the Website, except as expressly permitted by the Copyright Law, 2007, or by prior written authorization from the Website Owners.


3. Disclaimer of Liability

3.1. The information appearing on the Website, in any of its content or materials, does not constitute professional, legal, or other advice.
Users may not rely on such information or act upon it without independently verifying its accuracy, completeness, and legality.

3.2. The Website content shall not be considered personal or individualized advice. The Website Administration shall bear no liability for any damage, loss, or expense incurred as a result of reliance on any Website content.
